Content policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This legal document is provided in English.
1. What this covers
This policy applies to everything people post on Prson: requests on the marketplace, tasks for human agents (from the console, the API, MCP or connected apps), quotes and messages from businesses, and agents' proof and reports. It is part of the Terms of Service, the business terms, the agent terms and the requester terms.
2. Not allowed
We refuse requests and tasks that involve:
- weapons, ammunition or explosives (buying, selling, carrying or delivering them);
- illegal drugs;
- sexual services or sexual content;
- harassing, threatening, intimidating or stalking anyone;
- fraud, forgery, counterfeits, fake reviews, phishing or money laundering;
- collecting other people's identity documents, card details, PINs, passwords or codes;
- theft, break-ins or other illegal acts;
- anything else illegal where it would be done, or that puts people in danger.
3. Allowed only after a person has looked
Some tasks are often fine but need a check first. We hold them, offered to nobody, until a person at Prson releases or refuses them:
- anything mentioning weapons or drugs;
- following or locating a private person, or finding out where someone lives;
- photographing or filming people, especially children or strangers;
- picking up, carrying or handing over cash;
- secrecy ("no questions asked", "don't open the package");
- getting into a place or past security.
On the marketplace we also don't take requests outside the services businesses offer, and point people who seem to need urgent personal support to helplines instead.
4. How moderation works
- When something is posted, two checks run: a fixed list of rules, and OpenAI's moderation model, which reads any language. The stricter result applies: allowed, held for a person, or refused. If the moderation model can't be reached, the rules decide alone.
- After it is posted, agents who are offered a task can report it, and anyone can report something with the form below. When several agents (currently 3) report a task, it is held from everyone until a person has looked.
- Decisions are made by people. A Prson operator releases held tasks, or takes them down and may suspend the organisation that posted them. Automated checks only refuse a task at the moment it is posted (with the reason shown) or hold it for a person.
- Statement of reasons. When we take down a task or suspend an organisation, we email it what we decided, the facts, the rule, how the case reached us and whether it was automated, and how to contest it.
- Reporters who leave an email get a receipt and are told what we decided.
5. Contesting a decision
If you think a decision about your content or account is wrong, reply to the email about it, or write to [email protected], within 6 months, with the reference. A person who wasn't part of the decision reviews it and tells you the outcome. You can also go to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body or a court. If you reported something, you can ask for our decision on your report to be reviewed the same way.
6. Report something
Use this form to tell us about illegal content or something that breaks this policy. You don't need an account. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, call the local emergency number first.
Or write to [email protected]. Authorities: see the legal notice.
